Need the therapy, but unfortunately lavender doesn’t take emblem yet and it’s becoming hard to afford it even once a month.

Contacting them/setting up appointment was super easy. The "concierge" service is nice and the person I emailed and spoke to on the phone is nice. They were very informative and answered my questions. I am looking forward to my appointment after this initial interaction!

Lavender is amazing the process Is smooth and the lady I saw was so amazing! My only regret is not getting setup sooner!

Overall, Lavender has provided a great service during the remoteness of the pandemic. The concierge is very responsive and friendly, and even when I've had to cancel my scheduled sessions, they were always quick to ask if I was good on my medications.

They have been there for me and given me so much help

Honestly, the service is amazing. Currently in the middle of switching insurances, so not sure if they cover. If anyone is looking for very high quality mental health care from the comfort of home, this is the place to go.
