I have never been treated more poorly by the staff and Irene Curry I was a patient for years of Irene Curry’s she floats from practice to practice! Never had a problem with medication until now going through a hard time couldn’t sleep took more medication to sleep I did mot know I had to tell curry she denies my prescription and when I asked for an appointment was refused I have never been treated so poorly!!!!!!!! She doesn’t care and the office is the worst you can see by their 1.6 rating how incompetent and incredibly awful they are!!!!!!!!!!

First they use Zodoc to just find patients because in the end you’re not using Zocdoc, you’re using their platform with their own biller (Headway). Then you try and cancel and it says sorry you can’t and you’ll be billed $100-150 for not showing up. Meanwhile this was more than 24 hours before my appt. And the way they try and bill you is insane. They say with insurance your copay will be $5-15 but in order to bill your insurance you have to have a debit or credit card on file. This is because they bill you the session ($300) and then after the payment submit your claim. So now you have to wait and hope your copay is what they say it is and then wait and hope to get reimbursed. Their practices are shady and unethical. Sending appt reminder/cancel texts at literally 24 hours before hand. Using Zocdoc not as the health platform but just to find patients and then using a biller to bait and switch people. Avoid them at all costs. Update: Now they’ve charged my card without my approval 5 times literally draining my account. This company is horrible. I have insurance and I am still being charge $300 a session.

DON'T CALL THEM. The person who answers the phone and needs to talk to you for an hour ,for THREE HUNDRED $300 DOLLARS, isn't even a DR. I got done talking to her and she said, ok , I'll talk to the doctor! WHAT?????

Using this service for prescriptions. In four months, I have had three different providers. They prescribed unavailable medication You can only communicate through an app. Customer service response never answers questions. Either my messages don’t reach my provider or he sees my messages and doesn’t respond. DOES NOT USE THIS SERVICE IT IS ONLY MAKING THINGS WORSE

I literally typed out all medication for you and sent pictures of the bottles so you were completely aware that Clonzapam was one of my medications before the appointment. If you knew you could not fulfill that medication the ethical thing to do would be let me know you are unable to refill my prescriptions so we should cancel the visit and save the $300. But you were so money hungry and unethical you took the appointment with advance knowledge of the medications needed and your inability to assist me and then took my money. I guarantee I will share that fact with anyone and everyone I can to hopefully save other people from your scam! Chris Kouns You knew the meds I needed, knew you couldn’t refill not deliver them, and took my $300. Do the ethical thing and return the money!! Your team was not in touch with me to resolve it, yet another lie by a completely unethical company!

This company lost or misplaced or forgot they had my insurance information. They sent me an email stating they would charge me $250.00 if I didn't provide my insurance ID within 48 hours. This is despite the fact that one month prior I gave them the information, and they acknowledged that it was received, and they quoted me my new co-pay. To prevent being charged, I provided the insurance ID within 20 hours of the email notification (less than a day for a two day deadline). I emailed it and uploaded it to their website. They still charged me $250, without my authorization and with me complying with their requests. Now I have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund. I am stuck with no money for the weekend, so I cannot get to work. They say it is due to some glitch in their computer system, so watch out, their computers will charge you even when they're not supposed to! Also, their billing department is outsourced to another company in another country. So, things are slow if you have problems. They're sorry I'm frustrated. I think they should be investigated. Go with ANYONE else.

My nurse pracitioner did my intake in 20 minutes. They hire people with very little experience and education in psychiatry then market them as if they're much more experienced and educated than they are. This is another nurse practitioner mill (their schools have 100% acceptance rates, btw; beware of letting one treat you or your loved ones)

My psychiatrist through Lavender was wonderful and I do not blame her for any of these complaints. That being said, I do not understand why Lavender would confirm that my insurance was accepted and then send me multiple bills months later totaling nearly $1000. This was WITH additional copays I had paid every session! Truly unacceptable that I was not told the truth about my insurance being accepted; I was informed that I would only need to cover the copay and this was not the case. It was also sketchy how I was informed of all these extra charges through an email and not the portal itself. Can this company not be transparent with charges on the portal instead of slamming their patients with ridiculous charges months afterwards? I literally thought this was a scam at first before realizing that it, indeed, was Lavender's official "Care Concierge" email contacting me. I should've just stayed mentally ill and not pursued services through Lavender, as the accumulated financial strain has been a significant hardship.
