Heard has made my first year of business ownership a breeze. I receive support when I have questions or concerns and was guided through tax season seamlessly for both my business and personal tax returns. I am blown away by their services and resources (even the free ones on their website). I truly couldn't say better things about Heard.

The team members that I've worked with are quick to respond and provide understanding customer service. Heard has been helpful in providing detail-oriented accounting practices and safely managing accounts.

I only use Heard for my Bookkeeping. They have helped me organize my books and I now have a much better sense of how much I bring in every month and what my expenses are. I feel more organized. Communication has also been generally good when there have been any issues. My concerns are usually addressed within 24-48 hours.

Heard is so supportive, their teams are so experienced, and I always receive prompt feedback, directions and answers when I seek them out through a really simple inquiry process I can even engage in directly from my email. It couldn’t be made simpler. Heard is easily worth the price in the hassle it saves and the peace-of-mind Heard provides. I don’t work with or for Heard. I gave them wonderful feedback and they asked me to fill this out. I gladly did because I absolutely benefitted from taking the leap to trust Heard with my accounting and bookkeeping for my therapy private practice.

I've become beyond frustrated with Heard and the bookkeeping team. I have been going back and forth for the last several weeks regarding uploading a payroll report. I have sent several different different copies of the 'payroll report' that my payroll company provides and Heard continues to not complete my books stating they need a particular report. Again, I've sent about 5 different payroll reports and none of them have worked. This doesn't make any sense as the the information they need is provided on all of the payroll information sent. This has been beyond frustrating. I even sent them my sign on information so they could access my account so they could pull the report they need. They have never responded to this. To add to my frustration there is no phone number to contact anyone. I'm beyond angry and frustrated at their lack of ability to use the information that is available to them. Planning on looking elsewhere for a better company. I hope no one else has to go through this.

I’ve had a horrible experience with them. I am just waiting for my contract to expire. It was a waste of money for me and I received no value from their service. I was told one thing by phone and that I would receive additional follow up which never happened. Waste of time and money!

Heard has been so helpful in helping me navigate taxes since making the leap to starting my own private practice. From the initial info session to having all of my tax questions answered to the incredibly user friendly and very organized site itself, I am very satisfied. Everyone at heard is very knowledgeable, kind, supportive and replies very quickly which I also appreciate.
