Very responsive crew, helpful and really knowledgeable in ways that my previous tax accountant services was not. I really have enjoyed working with them and growing my own knowledge around my practice's finances and future goals.

Really annoyed at HEARD's service. I spent $1500 to ensure that they would help me with my past taxes and start my 1099 form for my one employee. I keep messaging them for help, but I haven't received a response. Not a word. Not a phone call. Now I have to go and pay someone else to help me do my taxes. So annoyed.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're really sorry. Not receiving a response after reaching out for help is not okay and does not reflect the service we aim to provide. We've sent you a private message through Trustpilot so we can review what happened and work to make this right. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

After my original experience with poor communication with my tax preparer, I have been satisfied with communication with HEARD as a whole. Finances confuse me and they help make it clearer.

So far heard has provided me with the structure and tools I needed to feel secure, supported and at ease in so many ways. Highly recommend to anyone starting their own private practice

I appreciate that my questions are answered quickly. In addition, the conversation is continued until I have an answer that I understand for my specific situation. Also, the resources available allow me to learn on my own, continuing in my growth as a business owner.

Heard's bookkeeping platform is reliable and provides all the information my CPA needs to prepare my taxes. However, they are not always able to help when issues arise. All in all, good enough to continue using but hoping for more support in the future.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We're glad the bookkeeping platform is working well and providing your CPA with what they need at tax time. We also hear you on the support side. When issues come up, you should be able to get the support you need. We're always working to do better, and we've sent you a message through Trustpilot so we can learn more about your experience and see how we can help.
