From the beginning this process has been super easy! I have been on my medication for 2 weeks and have had zero problems.

Great company with fabulous customer service. Every time I send an email question, they answer almost immediately. Due to Mounjaro shortage, I had to go on a compounded medication and was delighted it came from the pharmacy that is licensed in my state and according to my research is one of the best, Red Rock. The medication arrived exactly on schedule. I'm delighted with JoinFridays and will stay with them.

Getting my medication to my front door has been a super easy process. Every step has been easy from making an appointment with the doctor (who was very personable), getting blood work done and getting medication to my front door within a week of the appointment. I highly recommend Fridays.

I like how this company is helping people get weight loss meds when most insurances are failing to help! I do like the latest intrigration of email reminders of when nutrition meetings are i always forget as soon as I close the website. I'm really hoping they come out with an AP next i think it will really help streamline the program

I am so glad I found and chose Fridays it has been the perfect fit for me it’s easy to get a hold of someone via message or phone. I was so nervous in the beginning but they always come thru with reassurance when it comes to my medication or any other questions.

I joined joinfriday's back in March. My initial reason for switching was I was with another company previously and they were completely unresponsive and did not have the additional support of the coaches. It felt like they did not care. What I have found so great about joinfridays is the all around support. The classes, the Dr's and their CSR team. The CSR team has gone above and beyond and helped me. Joinfriday's has been a breath of fresh air. And the community surrounding is also amazing.
