WOULD MAKE IT ZERO IF I COULD. I paid for three months and NEVER received the meds. The first box in the subscription was just a box of needles, nothing else. They have YET TO MAKE IT RIGHT and that was 7/1/2026. They said to reach out and all I got was AI generated bullsh*t. Don’t waste your time on this company.

Whatever you do, please do not use this company. There are much better companies or MedSpa where you can get cheaper with GLP or other injectable drugs with better customer service. I purchased GLP through them for three months. Requested that my subscription be canceled. After I received the three months of GLP. Then they charge me another $495 after I requested for it to be canceled. I sent them an email and they told me unfortunately it cannot be canceled or refund it. Save yourself $1000

I've been working with Friday's for 13 months now and have lost 104 pounds. Every time I've had a question it's been answered during my refill calls. The practitioners have been professional and knowledgeable. They have worked with me through the intense grief of losing my husband to death 5 months into my weight loss journey. All in all, I think the service and product are great, and delivery is always fast. Highly recommend.

You must be absolutely diligent about fulfilling your prescription in time OR canceling. The terms and conditions state that you must get your refill done within the billing timeframe otherwise you forfeit your prescription while STILL being charged for it. I didn't have a good experience with Fridays, and I wouldn't recommend them.

Love the coaching on how to apply the injection. Customer service great!

UPDATE: Don’t believe the response from Fridays that they opened a case and will reach out to me. Yeah sure, they will send yet another message that they opened a case with the clinical team…this was told to me weeks ago and no one has reached out and no resolution has taken place. I have zero confidence in this company. It’s all lip service. This company has horrible customer service when you really need their help. They keep replying to my messages with the same canned response that a clinical team member will reach out to me. This has been going on for weeks. My first shipment arrived timely and in good condition so I was hopeful. Fridays then decided to use a pharmacy in Florida even though I live in Texas. The shipment was sent 2nd day air and it arrived HOT…not just warm but hot. This is unacceptable. It should have been sent overnight and from the pharmacy in Texas that they used before. I had already been told by customer service not to start using the vial that arrived HOT and to wait for communication from a “certified nurse assistant.” After at least three weeks, this has yet to happen and I’m already out of medication. As a matter of fact, I’m already getting requests to complete the intake form to get the next refill.

Excellent Customer Service great questions asked and clearly someone who was concerned with making sure I was getting what I needed New how to use it properly. It’s explained very well to me. I appreciate the service.
