Easy and fast

I placed my order and still am waiting on the medication. I signed up and completed payment on September 9, and immediately reviewed a prescription for anti nausea medication, but no information on the actual glp1. On 9/15 I got a message asking that I mark the GLP1 medication received, and it has still not been processed and there is no tracking. They keep asking me to just be patient and there is no actual people you can talk to. I requested a refund as asking me to mark medication received that their records clearly show had yet to be processed and shipped, is a fraudulent business practice. I went with this company based on reviews and have since learned that I should’ve done more research as I’m now out $700 and no medication. They refuse to refund based on their terms and conditions.

TERRIBLE! De los peores servicio al cliente con el que me he tropezado. Jamás, jamás volverán hacer una opción para mí. Juegan con el dinero y la salud de las personas 3 semanas esperando una reposición , 3 semanas esperando una llamada con una médico? Es esto lógico?

Folks save your money. I started Fridays in February the lack of customer service is horrible. Was billed over 800 dollars for a 3 month subscription and was told I could not get my refill because the next billing cycle had come. It took 1 week for billing to call me back. I referred so many people because outside of the lack of customer service, the app was great and the additional access to the community were a great addition. I am very disappointed and will be reporting this to the BBB.

Estan durando demasiado con mi producto ya son 11 días avilés y aún no tengo mi medicamento siendo un total de 15 días que compré el producto y los mensaje que envío tardar hasta días para contestarme y aún no recibo mi medicamento, asi mi tratamiento se atrasará y ya subí las libras que perdí en mi 1er mes de tratamiento

I renewed my medication request, they approved it- for the wrong medication! I’ve been with Fridays for a year now. This is a first. Now they’ve acknowledged the error and have escalated to the clinical team, but NO ONE will fix it! They are less responsive than ever. This is so frustrating because they just keep giving AI Chatbot responses and there seems to be no one who can fix the issue and send the proper medication. These delays in reordering have me worried that they don’t have the access to compound Tirz that they claim to?
