Not very thorough
Nobody explained the difference between the medications or the difference in prices depending on what you picked for medication also I cannot Use all the different things on the portal so I've yet to be able to speak to somebody about side effects or anything going on. I was told that would pay $249 a month and now I am paying $349 a month

I am asking to speak to a provider.
I am asking to speak to a provider to clarify something and the blockers won't let me. They keep stating to go into the tool and schedule an appt. I can't do that unless I am on my 3rd dosage. I need a question clarified before my next injection on Friday, so need to talk to a provider.

I give this company a negative 1.4…
I give this company a negative 1.4 star! Simply because they are all about money and don’t really care about the client. I started my subscription March 27 nobody ever called me, I called they apologized and I seen a provider March 30 who assured me I’d get my meds in 3 days exact…….. that didn’t happen. Update as of 4/8/25- I received a call back from a manager by the name of Stephen, he was absolutely hands down the best! He was emphatic, an active listener, apologetic and went above and beyond to get the situation back to normal. He stood on his promises which is all that matters! Whoever sees this give him a bonus, lol. He deserves more than 5 stars. Officially on my weight loss journey because he cared.

Never ever join that Friday
Never ever join that Friday weight loss because they don't care about your health, it's only the money. I complained about the inexistent measurements instructions made me take a overdose that took me to urgent care and they didn't send me another medication or my money back. While I was waiting the charged me another medication and no answer at all tomy case.

Need full transparency on website
The company needs to make it clear on the website what will disqualify someone from being their "patient". Note that if you are a chronic pain patient and are prescribed pain medication from your own Dr, Fridays will not work with you. The provider I was with on my Telehealth appt also thought it was appropriate to tell me I was on a "high dose of pain medication". Again, she was not my Dr, did not know my medical history and incidently, I am well below what the CDC guidelines allow for a chronic pain patient.

Scammed out of the full dose paid for
I think that the worst thing you can do as a company is rob people. I paid for a full month of doses and got about half. The only resolution was to refund me $50 dollars. This is not a cheap treatment. I would never do business with a company that does this kind of stuff. Find another provider for sure.
