I signed up March 2025 with the $100 off special. This month April 2025 I did NOT check in for a refill because I did not need more medication. They charge your credit card automatically each month and don’t send any medication. Be aware! I disputed the charge with my credit card company and then emailed support via the portal. After no response via message I called and spoke with a representative. I refunded and requested to cancel my subscription. I do not recommend this company.
The second issue I had was the medication my dr prescribed was NOT what was sent to me in March 2025. When I contacted support they said oh the Olympia pharmacy compounds differently so they send whatever they have. Again I did not received the product that me and my dr discussed during our virtual visit.
There are better companies. I have used 3. I don’t recommend any with a membership fee. Just give me medication and that’s all is needed. There are free GLP1 support groups on social media!!!!
Well my issue with them has been resolved this is just a warning to others don’t fall for their first month discount rate.

Thank you for sharing your experience — we’re sorry to hear that your time with Fridays didn’t meet expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to respond.
To clarify, Fridays operates as a monthly membership-based program, which includes more than just medication — such as provider support, dose adjustments, and access to coaching. That said, we understand not everyone needs or wants those added services, and we're always reviewing feedback like yours to improve our model and transparency.
We also understand how important it is to receive exactly what was discussed during your consultation. While some of our partner pharmacies do compound based on available ingredients, patients should always be made aware of any substitutions or formulation changes. We’re sorry that wasn’t clearly communicated to you and are working to improve that process.
We’re glad to hear your issue has been resolved, but if there’s anything outstanding or you need further support, please feel free to contact us at [email protected].
We wish you the best on your health journey and appreciate your feedback.

Pending Charge
I cancelled my subscription on 4-1-25. However, today I see a pending charge on my checking account. I want to cancel and they better do a REFUND. I see where billing had received my message and was trying to keep me and only charge me $259.00. I didn't reply and didn't see the message. So, I guess they went ahead and charged me the full price anyways. Ridiculous.
Response from Fridays HealthApr 15, 2025
We’re sorry to hear about this experience and completely understand your frustration. It’s never our intention to create confusion or inconvenience around billing, especially after a cancellation request.
Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] with your full name so we can review your account and resolve this promptly. If your cancellation was submitted before your renewal processed, we’ll make sure it’s handled appropriately.
We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to make this right.

No informed consent and no refund
Update May 7, 2025: I still haven't received a refund or anything to make this right. I didn't accept the meds that came with the potentially harmful L-carnitine. I will keep pursuing this.
I have been in contact with various representatives over the past few days. I tried to cancel my order less than two hours after the provider consultation. There was not yet a teaching number, just an order number. I was denied.
Then I asked more questions, including the name and number of the pharmacy. I called the pharmacy, and that's when I found out the amino acid L-carnitine was added to the compound. The Friday's provider did not inform me of that before purchasing it. So I bought it without full informed consent. And they still denied my refund and cancellation.
Then I spoke with another rep via email, and he said they couldn't refund me because it was delivered. I had to tell him he had the wrong tracking number. He apologized, and said he'd look into stopping the delivery.
The FedEx driver did come, and I refused delivery. That same rep then told me no refund because it was shipped to me.
Finally, they told me they would set up a consultation to explain L-carnitine. But again, that was after misleading me into buying the product by omission. They didn't tell me that was going to be in the formulation before I agreed to buy it.
I'm very disappointed and would like a refund. I hope they are more transparent with potential customers in the future.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we're truly sorry for the frustration and confusion you've encountered. We understand how important it is to have full clarity about any treatment before moving forward, and we’re reviewing your case to ensure it was handled appropriately.
We do our best to ensure patients receive accurate information about their prescriptions, and we regret that this wasn’t your experience. While our compounded formulations may include supportive ingredients like L-carnitine, we agree that these details should be clearly communicated prior to purchase.
Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your full name and order number if you haven’t already—we’d like to revisit your case and see how we can make this right.
We value your feedback and are using it to improve transparency across our patient experience.

What a Maddening experience w/ this Co.
They can Not 🚫 Sell You Tirzepatide Anymore!! First it took me 3 weeks to qualify because I couldn't get to a lab in my area apparently everybody's doing blood work for weight loss medicine. And when that was finally done and the company received it, I was set up for my one-on-one counselor consultation with customer service which took about another week to get that appointment and by the way her name is Amanda Hellman. During consultation I told her that I did not want the B12 added dye in my prescription because I already take a B12 supplement, that I was okay with it NAD. And then it was scheduled for delivery about another week. Before delivery date was determined I called back and wanted to speak to a representative and make sure that the B12 was not added and that the NAD was in (what form) was it a pill form was it added to the Tirzepatide weight loss medicine. I was put on hold several times, call back several times and spoke to customer service gave me no information, I had nurses call me several times and never got a clear answer they just took my question down. So last week April 5th 2025.I received my vial with the B12 additive a Red Sticky Mess! I'm not putting this into my body (Red Dye) are you kidding me! Supposed to be a Heath Company... So I emailed them that I was disappointed that very afternoon receiving that Tirzepatide medication with the additive of B12 and apparently the NAD?
So Monday of this week I spoke to a nurse and told her my concerns told her about the B12 being added, told her it wasn't something that I had ordered, That told her what I told the counselor she took down the note and said that I would get an updated email or text message regarding the situation. Well of course that never happened and I called back and I texted back and I emailed back and finally yesterday I got on the phone with customer service after sending another email, they called. He took my complaint again want me to fill out another complaint survey which I've already done two or three times, Im starting to losing track of how much time I put into this! So as it stands, it is Friday April 11th 2025, I still have no confirmation on any new medication coming? Any compensation for getting something I didn't request or order. I have no information regarding the problem being resolved. Just customer service a very nice Hispanic person that's very hard to understand and I'm not sure he's getting the message across properly. So he told me the situation was Escalating and I said Yes, you are correct it is Escalating! So then they want to set me up on a schedule call next week to talk to somebody to resolve the problem, are you kidding me how many times do you need to hear from me? Read the text messages or read the emails sent to not understand what the problem is!! How about look at your nurses notes how about look at the customer service notes I bet it says no B12!! BUYER beware! Be very careful, I still don't have the right weight loss medicine I Purchased! I heard good things about Fridays, but as I read these comments it seems that that is not true anymore!
Here is Friday's response to my trust pilot review through my email just a bunch of gobblegoop, nothing resolved no acknowledgment of wrongdoing.
Hello Sharon,
Thank you so much for reaching out—and I completely understand your concern about the B12 component in your injection. Your health, comfort, and peace of mind are very important to us.
After reviewing your case with our providers, we’ve confirmed that unfortunately, we’re unable to remove the B12 component from the injection. This is because we don’t have control over how individual pharmacies compound the medications. Each pharmacy follows its own formulation process, which we’re unable to alter directly.
That said, the provider has advised that it is safe to continue taking your current injection along with any additional B12 supplements, if needed. They can be taken together without issue, and your provider will continue to monitor your progress closely.
If you’d like to speak directly with the pharmacy for more details about the formulation, you’re welcome to contact Boothwyn Pharmacy at (800) 476-7496.
I truly understand how important it is for you to feel confident and informed about what you're putting into your body. If you have any other concerns, questions, or need help exploring other options, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
Warm regards,
Jude

Buyer Beware
I joined Friday’s on April 4th and received in my medication yesterday ( April 10th). The Semaglutide came in a 2.5 mg/ml bottle however it was only an 1/8 full. Maybe enough for (1) 10 unit dose. The bottle instructions said to inject (1) 10 unit dose weekly for 4 weeks. I reached out to Friday’s and spoke with a customer service rep. The phone connection was bad and I lost the rep. I called back and spoke with another rep. She said that I would get a call from the escalation dept within 4 hours. I waited 2 hours and called back. I spoke with another rep and she said that everyone starts at level 1. Small dose. I get that, however what I could not understand was why I only got one dose if that. In other words, I would have to order again for next weeks dose. I emailed her pictures of the unopened bottle / vial, however I do not believe she could grasp that the bottle was nearly empty. I explained to her that if I had to order weekly I would be paying the brand name price. I have a friend using the Semaglutide from a different provider. She has been on it for 1.5 years. She received in her 3 mg/ml month to month bottle a couple of days ago. She showed it to me. It was full and she is taking 20 units weekly and the bottle will last her 6 weeks. I’m going to send my order back later today on my dime. I feel like this is deceptive. I’ve got pictures of the nearly empty (still sealed) that I’ll be showing my credit card company as the rep said they do not do refunds even if I sent the product back. Buyer beware. I’ll be paying the extra 40.00 a month and going with my friends provider.

We're sorry to hear about your recent experience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when you’re eager to start treatment and aren’t receiving clear answers.
Please know that all of our dosing protocols start with a medically appropriate amount as determined by your provider, and the vial contents are aligned with that plan. That said, we absolutely want to ensure you’ve received what was prescribed and that you’re supported throughout your care.
We’d like the opportunity to review your order and help resolve this. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your full name and photos, if you haven’t already, so our team can escalate this directly and follow up promptly.
We’re committed to doing right by our patients and appreciate your patience as we work to make this right.

My experience was horrible
My experience was horrible, after not getting medication on time, I was prescribed with a large dose of 67 units, which made ma have a projectile vomiting for 2 days. I was severely dehydrated, nothing was holding in my stomach for more than 15 minutes. Never again!!
