At this point of my experience, everything looks like a scam. After almost 2 weeks my med has not been shipped. They says has to way. No chance to receive a refund. Right now I am even afraid to use the medicine if get shipped. Very bad, disappointed and scary experience.

I looked up companies. I even did my research. Or I thought I did…. I have been told my meds are coming for weeks now. I have paid. Done video appointments, phone calls, and uploaded labs. Still no meds. And my last request after being a “request” for 8 days now says canceled with no explanation. I have called. I have reached out to customer support and still no meds but they took my money…

Constant back and forth with customer service. It’s now been over a week and I have not been provided a solution. I don’t even want to get into the details of everything so I’ll just leave it at worst company, horrible communication giving me contradicting information. Do not recommend or trust.

I am always happy with Fridays! They are always quick to respond and address my refill needs. It did take a little longer to get my meds this time but I believe that to be a pharmacy issue

I just received my Friday's Semaglutide subscription and noticed that my medication dosage was reduced without my consent or knowledge--effectively paying the same price for less. I have been a Friday's customer for one year, and between noticing over the last few months that the medication is not as effective, despite my keeping to the schedule and upping my dose early in the new year, and now receiving less medication than I requested, I am rethinking my membership. I asked customer service about the reduced medication, and they said that Fridays doctors can adjust medication as they deem necessary. The thing is that the doctor didn't say anything to me about reducing the medication from 2.5 to 2.0, and I wasn't notified by Fridays at all about the change. So, they are altering my medication without my knowledge and approval—and charging the same rate for less medication. No thank you.

They never call back when you have questions I am huge on communication and feel like that is something they truly need to work on. Medication took longer to come then expected. Other then that all is well.

Just wish I got the three month supply I paid for. Was quick to get an appointment.

I’ve been enrolled for a year and everything seemed good up until the last 4-5 months. The only difference has been since my med has been coming from Link Pharmacy it is ineffective. Concerned, I switched from Semaglutide to stronger trizepitide, which is more expensive, no effect at all and previously I was on name brand Ozempic so I know what it should feel like. I’m contacting the company and closing my account if they don’t take me off of link pharmacy. I don’t know what is in their vials, but it’s not what they say it is.
