The care provider I met with was professional and personable at the same time. She listened to my concerns and my ideas as to what was going on and responded as my "team member" as opposed to "the authority". I learned new things about the levels of dosing that I had no idea about previously. She did not speak to me as if I wouldn't be able to understand but rather with respect and transparency.
