I am not a person who shares things
I am not a person who shares things, and that is fine with Found. Unlike other programs, I have found the team to be responsive and understanding of a weight loss journey that may be hit with bumps in my road. The doctors listen and think carefully about your best journey to your weight loss goals.

App was difficult to navigate
App was difficult to navigate, dr responses were generic, unlike other telehealth platforms. Medication options weren’t throughly discussed. Insurance was never verified or used. The plan was expensive.

At this time, we do not accept any forms of health insurance, with the exception of members who qualify for GLP-1 medications, as all other medications are included within your membership cost. Wish there was more support from coach than only your first month.
I loved the support I received at the beginning with my Coach Abby. It was really helpful and motivating to have someone hold you accountable and share tips to keep you going. After you lose the coach, it is easy to forget to log, it is easy to lose motivation, and you feel like you are just paying for pills. I could join a free weightloss support group on facebook if I only wanted to talk to others trying to lose weight.

COMPLETE SCAM IF THEY CANNOT GIVE YOU…
COMPLETE SCAM IF THEY CANNOT GIVE YOU MEDICINE WILL NOT REFUND. STOLE HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS FROM ME. I am reporting them to the federal trade commission and better business bureau. I encourage anyone else who has been stolen from to do the same. Report fraud to Facebook comment on their ads. From what I can tell they've stolen from lots of people. Make noise till they pay you back.

Members also always have access to the terms and conditions they agreed to at signup in their patient portal.
