This company Found or Join Found (RX) is complete garbage! Do not join their membership weight loss program. After I cancelled my subscription two weeks after I joined they charged me a $129 fee. Then the next month July 2023 Found resubmitted my credit card without my permission. It took me several weeks of emailing with no response to their support “email” as they do not have a dedicated phone number for members. Finally, I received an email after I reported them to the FTC and BBB saying they charged my card in error due to a computer system glitch and issue. However, after Found issued a credit charge back for the billing error that was charged of $129 on July 3, 2023 even after I had cancelled, they re-billed my credit card yet again for a fourth time for $129.00. I have sent this online medical website company ample emails and even emailed them a copy of my credit card statement showing the billing discrepancies and it’s been over two weeks as of July 20,2023 and I have not received any response from Found Support regarding any resolution to fix the problem of all of the recent inappropriate billing charges in question. I joined June 3, 2023 and cancelled June 26,2023. They charged $129 on my Credit Card both of those days and without my authorization again on July 03, 2023 and July 13, 2023, which is a total of 4 times. The fact that they don’t have a customer service phone number and this company locks you into a contract online without your proper consent or me having any ability to speak to someone verbally tells consumers a lot about this company and it was a mistake I ever decided to join found!

Poor experience that started after joining. Big mistake joining. After filling out the intake forms and comments the doctor still recommended medication that have been on for five years with no weight loss related results. The coach texted me once, I replied and got ghosted for two days until they let me know they were going out of the office for the week. I’m surprised that a coach would be assigned a new member while on their way out on vacation. NO ONE from the support form submissions has replied for two days, even after two form submissions. And the kicker, no phone number to call. All I want to do two days after joining is cancel with a refund for the lack of service, support, and a doctor who reads the information provided.

I joined a week ago and have not received any information about medications. I emailed them on day one asking what the process would be (it says 3-5 days to get a medication prescribed on their website). There automatic reply said they would get back to me within 72 hours. I still have not gotten a response. They have no phone number. I have tried emailing the support email 5 times and have still not heard anything. I finally came to the conclusion that this company is a complete scam and went to cancel but guess what?? They have a $129 fee to cancel early and even if I want to pay that to be done with this scam, guess how you cancel??? YOU EMAIL THEM! You send an email to the same email address that they haven't responded to me on. So I feel like there is no chance I will even be able to cancel if it depends on them responding to their email. So now I am $130 into this subscription (scam) with no medication or response and will need to spend another $130 to get out of it and thats with receiving no product.

This weight loss journey has been excellent in comparison to other companies. They listen to your needs and evaluate your weight loss journey based upon medical findings and your feedback. I highly recommend Found to those who are seeking to lose weight.

I am so thankful to have found Found. I’ve been using Found for the past three months and have not had any significant issues. The medical providers have been helpful and responsive. The first medication I was put on made me very sick and the providers acted appropriately by switching me to another medication which has worked out great! I have had no issues getting my prescriptions filled and refilled. I have lost more weight on Found than using any other app or weight loss system. The group forums are great to communicate with other members and to ask questions. The coaches are lovely and extremely helpful! Overall, I have been really satisfied with my time with Found.

Was told that the plan not working is my fault. Even though I consume less than 1000 calories per day. I now have to cancel

The provider is quick to respond and very thorough with their answers. I have found this to be very helpful.

Honestly, one of the best decisions I made was doing this I’ve lost nearly 25 pounds and more importantly I’ve kept it off now going over a year. Not only the medication’s, but the doctor and the coach and the check in app. Incredibly helpful to keep on track.
