This is the first time I have had true success. I am down 50+ pounds and feel great. Dr. Patel is wonderful. He listens and gives feedback. The program is wonderful and fully supports their clients.

Great program. You have so much support from others, from the coaches and the doctors. Lost my weight and more. Get guidelines on what to do, tips on meals and healthy lifestyles. Love this program.

I have been on semiglutide injections for 2 years. I have lost 90 lbs. I love being able to track my weight and see what percentage of my weight I’ve lost. 40%!

It's a very slick operation. My nurse is amazing and I love checking in with her, we get to constantly assess my needs. I love the speedy delivery of the meds. Weigh in Wednesday is great because I only have to think about what I actually weigh once a week and that helps me see the progress in a measured way.

I signed up for a three month glp1 program. It was not made clear to me that If I didn’t request my refill within a certain date frame/window, that I wouldn’t be able to use all of my refills. When I inquired to refill my 3rd time, i was “too late” and I was basically told that it’s a “if you don’t you use it you lose it” program and I’m out of luck. I paid a lot of money for three months of my medication and I only got two months. Definitely do not recommend

Found has charged me over $3,000, I have never even had a consultation - it has been two weeks since we have started going back and forth. Last week, they said they were "waiting for the green light to issue the refund". Every other day the same customer service rep emails me an update that they are waiting to get a thumbs up. Their phone number goes to an AI bot (which hallucinated a solution for me!) , I asked for a call and they said they don't offer phone support at all - it's just this singular customer service rep. Tonight I asked WHO specifically they are waiting for, I'll ask to speak to them but I'm sure I'll be told no. Just don't let them have access to your accounts. They admit openly on their BBB response that what happened with me shouldn't I'd be happy to update if this is ever resolved.

My experience is going well so far!
