Deceptive, poor service, and full of extraneous fees. I previously tried them and recieved medication that seemed off in smell and appearance so I canceled. I heard they addressed the issue so I thought I'd try again. They failed to refill prescriptions upon following their process, then when I canceled they charged me a subscription termination fee almost as large as the 3 months I'd already paid for. Update as a response to response from Found: There is a distinct difference between abiding by a termination fee agreement and in failing to provide the agreed service for the last of 3 months paid and then charging cancelation fees because I didn't continue to pay them to fail to provide the agreed service.

This is a scam. I wish had read these reviews before falling for it. I was prescribed medication that not only did not work but made me deeply depressed, anxious and suicidal. I asked to stop the medication and the doctor prescribed a medication that was dangerous for renal function. I did my research and found a medication that my insurance did cover and which would be safer and more effective for my health profile (I did a comprehensive metabolic panel), Found for some reason claimed that my insurance would not cover the medication if it was being prescribed by Found. So instead of a $20-30 copay I would be asked to shell out hundreds and hundred of dollars for the medication. That’s when I realized that Found did not have credibility with insurance companies and were probably not trustworthy. The doctor assigned had no explanation for this. And I knew immediately this was a red flag. Because my access to medication that was best for me was being restricted due my connection to Found, I sadly decided to cut ties only two months in. Tell me why I woke up to a $99 dollar termination fee???? Insane! I intend to dispute because this was not made clear at the sign up stage. I would encourage everyone to avoid this company at all costs. Do your research. These folks are capitalizing on people’s lifelong struggles with weight to scam you out of money you’ve worked hard for.

This company is an absolute disaster. When I started having adverse reactions to the medications they prescribed the only response I got from their “doctor” was in broken English and difficult to understand. He changed my medications to something different that had even worse side effects and when I inquired about it he offered to up the dosage, even though I was having a serious reaction to them. When I finally had enough and cancelled it they charged me another $99.00 for a “cancellation fee”. This is definitely the worst scam going for weight loss. I am absolutely going to the Better Business Bureau with this and reporting them as a scam and health hazard.

This place is a scam. False advertisement right from the beginning. I truly believe the doctors you speak with are not real all responses are very generic. The meds they do prescribe after you get through the lies are potentially dangerous

Avoid - could not make contact with a health coach the entire time. They tried to tell me it was my issue about my opting out of texts. - Support does not respond to prior authorization messages. I needed to call my pharmacy and tell Found to respond - Support does not respond to the pharmacy when prescriptions are out of stock - I wanted to not renew but their cancel function immediately cuts off access to everything and they charged me a $99 fee. There is no other subscription I have that works this way - web site has wrong information about the doctor I am talking with, the medications I am currently on and the insurance information needed. Major usability issues and a complete joke - doctors refused to help me when I had significant side effects and told me I needed to see my primary care physician Note that the positive reviews here are mostly "invited" reviews
