Now going on a week with everything still in a pending state. You can only contact them via a NON-LIVE chat. The responses are 100% canned junk with promises of escalations, contacting the right departments, and promises to get everything synchronized so that it runs smoothly and still nothing happens. In the meantime, they put a hold on your credit card with zero idea of when or if they'll actually finish the process on their side. Beginning to feel a bit like a scam.
