I had one of my orders go to the wrong address. I love that I was provided with my own customer service agent. His name is Vandel. He has been on it from the beginning of my issue to the end, making sure everything is taken care of and moving forward. He is there for me and asks if I have questions. He makes provider appointments for me. This has been a great experience because of him. Embody has been an easy company to work with and provides great communication and information.

This is a follow up to my previous post. I am supposed to start my medicine tomorrow and cannot as they sent the wrong dosage and needles. Nobody knows what is going on!! 30 texts, 5 phone calls and 3 emails all in the 1st month and all they have done is bill me and send the wrong dose. A clinician was supposed to call this morning at 8am but nothing! I believe this business is fraudulent. I noticed that they respond to every post the same. "They will circulate the issue and apologize for the confusion and frustration". They do circulate round and around and around to NOWHERE!

I’ve read quite a few mixed reviews about Embody, but I have to say my experience with their customer service has been amazing so far! They’ve been informative, responsive, and so easy to communicate with. It’s refreshing to feel like your questions are genuinely heard and answered.

Marvin is prompt to respond back to me everything. Marvin is extremely friendly and likable & solved my concern right away with no stress. Marvin it's a wonderful customer service person who I would be happy to talk to again thank you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

He was personable, helpful and very patient with me. He resolved my issue in a timely manner and he also checked in with me later to make sure all was well.

Eileen got in touch and answered all my questions fully and efficiently. I felt connected and that I had a trusted friend helping me on my journey. I am so glad she is here.

Service has been superior so far! I'm just beginning this journey, so the welcome check-in from Janica (Nics) was nice. No pressure from her, just a contact letting me know I have support, and explaining the process.
