I agreed to pay for Terzeptide at $129. I received 3 other medications at $99 each that I did not approve to be charged on my credit card.I tried to connect with someone . Talked with customer service for 4 days straight with no return call from anyone. Was told each time the nurse would call me. No communication at all.

Great experience! Everybody has been so helpful and I love that I have 24/7 help if I have any questions or concerns. I got my medication quickly and It seems to be helping already! So glad I joined Embody!!

I can’t say that my experience was great because I’ve yet to receive my follow up email or my product that I paid for back on July 3.

Approving was fast and the delivery was great. I have only taken two doses so I cannot comment on the effects yet.

No one was there to take my medical background.I have never received the form for my medical health.I have received Tirezaptide with the wrong dosage, what I got was Tirezaptide for someone who is starting taking Tirezaptide. I have been on GLP for 14 months with a weekly dosage of 100 units.The dosage you have sent me is 17mg-50 which is suitable for the first month of injection.I don't want to have a membership with your company and I have asked for it several times. Please don't send me future Tirezaptide. I don't want the 2 medications you have sent me.Nad and Glutathione. I am very disappointed. I have been charged 3 charges of $129 $99 $99.I need someone to look into my account and to understand the mistakes in the medications I have received. I will publish my bad experience with your company.

They don’t sell the standard dosages and don’t tell you beforehand. Who wants to be on 5 mg and then switch to them to be put on 4.25 and some random additives. Bait and switch. Customer service was terrible as well.

The process to apply was easy and the approval was quick. So far I feel better so hopefully that will continue. I’ve been getting emails with tips while on tirzepatide which has been helpful.

So does everybody know like how in the initial intake it asks for a shipping address and if you're billing address is different and then you click no and you enter a billion address well I did that and then someone emails me and asked me to verify my address my billing address specifically so I verified my billing address and where did they send my medication to? My billing address! And then whenever I try to reach out to somebody and ask them if I can either get a refund or since I put on several different emails that my shipping address was different than my billing they told me it was already delivered so they can't refund me and they can't give me another medication sent to my original shipping address that I put in on the intake that I know for a fact I put in so I mean I feel like if I would get a refund or if I could get another medication starter kit whatever sent to me I would give them more than one star but I don't even think I'd give them one star but I don't have an option to give zero.
