I gave 2 stars because the process has been much slower than advertised. The website states the telehealth appointment takes 24–48 hours, but I waited 5 days. It’s now been 4 days since my telehealth appointment, and I still haven’t received my medication or an update on when it will ship. The lack of communication and extended delays have been very frustrating. I expected a much smoother and faster experience based on the information provided on the website.

I was very impressed with Sarah, who worked with me online. She explained the program. The cost was much less than other companies and the fact there was no subscription fee extra, just the one set price that is set for life regardless of you dosage. I received my medication in 3 days. I received information on the medication, instructions on how to measure your dosage and give the injection. I highly recommend Embody to all who are searching for a weight loss program

Signing up was super easy. The wait time for our question to be reviewed was so fast. The product was ordered and delivered within just a few days. So Easy!!

I appreciated that your questionnaire to start the process, was thorough and took into consideration other medical needs and medications. I like that there isn’t a monthly membership and your prices are very reasonable. Communication about approval and shipment were clear. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I was under the impression I would get to talk with a doctor via a video/zoom appointment prior to starting. It would have made the process feel a little more above board for me and to clearly understand how this will all work. But ultimately I figured it out and have taken my first dose. I’m hopeful I will see good results!

Switched to this company after having bad customer service from another mail order prescription place and this is no better. On 7/1 filled out for Tirzepatide and stated that I had already been on the injections and was at the 7.5 level. I got a quick approval but it was to start back over at the lowest dosage. I sent a message along with copies of my current prescription level on 7/3. After sending several messages I finally got a response back on 7/12 saying I was approved for the higher level and once it ships i would be notified. On 7/15 I had to send another message with any updates and finally 7/17 got a response saying sorry for delay but payment did not go through. I did have a credit card payment pending but was cancelled due to all the delays. I told them to recharge credit card on file, which they did. Finally 7/18 got message saying now in process but when I look at what is being processed it is the level 1 starting at the 2.5 which still has not even shipped. Now 3 weeks later 7/21 still nothing shipped and I dont even know what level I am getting.
