Easy and quick

Meds weren’t sent at once. Payment was taken swiftly but I had to send in repeated surveys. Literally answering the same thing over and over for each med. If it’s the same company, one form should suffice. I had to reach out multiple times to get it resolved and I still haven’t received all the meds I paid for.

Incorrect pricing. Refund promised but never hit my credit card. Was charged $299. Later saw ads for as low as $119. Still dealing with them to get this corrected but would never go this route again.

I just started week 2! So far, so good. I’m excited about this journey and can’t wait to see results! The support has been great with Embody!

I was accepted into the program and was led to believe I would start at the same dose I had been taking or the next dose up. So I ordered the product. When I received my order, I learned that I was prescribed the lowest dose possible. No conversation with a provider was offered. I called and asked why I was misled. I was told I needed to provide proof of prior dosage. I was not asked to provide that information prior to purchase. I tried to contact Pharmacy Support and got the run around. Misleading information during application process. Poor customer service. Was cut short during the scheduled visit with a provider. I believe I should receive a refund for the wrong dose. Very disappointed in the service received.

I feel like the dose is not strong enough, I was previously taking 50 units of 7.5mg tirzepatide from a different company and you guys send me 25 units of 8.5mg and I'm very hungry all the time. I'm hoping next month's dose is stronger, this one seems very diluted.

Everything was so easy to do. Signing up, I can talk to a doctor whenever I need to. The proce is so affordable.
