Called when they said very pleased with the nurse that I talked to!

I just canceled my program with a different company, and so far Embody has impressed me. Jed has been really helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He has been a game-changer for me, especially after the mediocre service from my previous company. My first vial arrived super fast, and the packaging was excellent! Again, completely different experience from my previous company. Thank you, Embody, and thank you Jed!

I was requesting that my dosage be moved up. She put the request in for me.

They give you absolutely nothing the promise. They make promises they can't keep! They assured me I would receive the same dosage, but they only kept me on the lowest dose possible. I went from receiving 10 units to just 5 units! I am still waiting for my last dose; it was supposed to be shipped out on October 5th and today is already the sixteenth of October. I have not even received a shipping label. When I call, I can barely understand a word they are saying. I strongly advise against using their services! This company is completely unreliable, especially if you pay for the entire year upfront. I have never been so infuriated with a company before. I do not recommend them at all.
