The video conference went well. The provider was very easy to talk to and understand. She was very informative and kind. Would highly recommend her to anyone.

0 stars if I could. Joined their program, never spoke to a DR. My prescription arrived. Used for 4 weeks… nothing… had to call them to increase my dosage, as no one ever called to monitor or ask me how I was doing. Well… been sitting at this appt for an hour and the doctor never showed up. So I chatted. The first 3 times I chatted, they closed the chat on me. The fourth time I was told there were no doctors in my area and someone was going to call me in 15-30 minutes. No one called me…. So I chatted again. The dumb lady on the other line advised me to call the 347 number… I called….. been on hold for almost 4 hours. The best thing?! They deleted all my info and now I have no access to my page to cancel my subscription which means my bank info is now at risk. I’ve actively sat here for over 4 hours with no one to help me. Save the headache. This program is not worth $69 a month. Not even for free.
