If I could give a negative star review I would! I switched to embody from a different company because their prices were better AND they offered me the same dose I was already taking with money back guarantee. Not only did they decrease my dose from 62.5units per week to 12.5units per week but then they give me the run around for a month when I asked for my refund or the prescription error to be fixed. You can NEVER get customer service on the line and you will NEVER actually speak to a so called Doctor! Worst mistake I ever made in my weight loss journey was switching to embody. They're now saying Im not eligible for a refund because it's been over 28 days, yet I requested one on week one!!! If you're already taking meds from somewhere else, trust me, stick with what you're already on! These people are scam artists! Update: After writing this review, I finally was issued a refund.

The ordering process has been very easy and deliveries are on time. You have the necessary resources, for health coaches and physicians, which i haven't used yet, but love that they're in place. I like the you don't have a membership fee and the price doesn't increase, plus your customer service has been great. These are all things that I love and appreciate.

Everything has went so smoothly. I'm steadily losing weight and my orders always on time.
