Hopefully my medication will arrive this time.

The appointment process is a bit complicated as no one reached out initially to schedule the appointment. Also, after my appointment, the portal still hasn’t updated to reflect my visit. Other than that, I do like the conversations me and the provider head and I think that the compound we were able to come up with is a great value compared to my normal provider.

Easy process. Was able to meet with the Doctor to go over options, unlike other programs that deny what you wanted to get without a consultation. Doctor was excellent asking question and listening to my needs.

Excellent customer service and so far a great experience with this company

Update.. I received a tracking number last night Friday 8/21. The strange part is it won’t arrive until Monday 8/24! This is in Florida so how warm will the package get over the weekend? I imagine the compound will be useless. 😡😡😡🤬🤬 Very slow to ship but quick to charge the credit card. I’m afraid I will have to get the credit card company involved to either get my shipment or cancel my subscription. I ordered August 1 the cheaper semiglutide but the sites doctor prescribed the more expensive tirezepitide . Still today 8/18 without a tracking number and customer support is no help. All 5 star reviews are from the company invitations. Very frustrating and not worth the troubles. State attorneys should investigate perhaps.

So far all is going well, I am happy with everything!
