Nurse Elsa was great !! The Support team must be under staffed !! There are long waits for basic info. When you call they can’t seem to take action just forward you to someone else or tell you to expect a call back which has taken days to happen.

My medical issues are prediabetes and slightly high cholesterol on a statin. I’m overweight, not obese but want to lose weight. First time on a GLP1/GIP. I signed up on a Sunday, no telehealth visit was required since I assume I’m a straightforward patient. I got approved in an hour, medication sent to pharmacy right away. Med shipped by Wednesday and arrived in a cold packed styrofoam box on Thursday, and so far I’ve lost 8lbs in 4 weeks on the lowest dose. A refill form appears in the portal around day 21ish asking how I feel and what is my weight so far. Got approved for a refill right away and again, meds delivered to my doorstep in 4 days. I’m about to begin my 2nd month and everything has been smooth so far. Wanted to put this out there as I’ve read mixed reviews and was skeptical, but now I’m signing up my husband with Embody as well. On Tirzepatide. Price never changed. $129 on a monthly subscription. I’m not affiliated with Embody. I’m a paying customer.
