The video appt. Was not rushed. She asked many questions. I appreciated the time that was taken, I felt heard. I feel as I am part of my health care team.

Embody has a super responsive customer service team and they move fast on any type of question or concern. I received "white glove" treatment from Elanna who got me in touch with a provider quickly to handle an issue I was trying to resolve. Elanna was very friendly and made the experience very personal. Great work.

So far, my Customer Service, and my provider care has been very thorough and efficient. I'm happy with your company.

I came to Embody from another company straight up for the price. I enrolled on August 11, 2026. I finally got a hold of a real person because I hadn't received my product. She said my order had been canceled. I was given no heads up about this or no refund. She then worked to reinstate my order. It is now September 7th and I still don't have any product. I've run out of my last product from my previous company. Very frustrating.

I wish I didn't have to give Embody any stars. They will charge you and then not have an appointment available for over a month. I have tried customer service with a zero help. GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY. the wait is not worth the low prices.

My experience was a little confusing. She said I was owed the two vials that I didn’t have to pay and then I get carged $129 again when I was changed to a 12 mth plan so it’s supposed to be cheaper than 129 I know that!
