Wish I could give zero stars. I ordered once and never again. I never received my appropriate dose from my order. I marked on THEIR assessment that I take 15mg of Tirz, was sent 11.25mg, as I was told that 11.25 mg is "THEIR max dose". I sent MULTIPLE emails, photos of current script, and calls to customer service asking for my actual dose of 15mg. They then scheduled 3 different appts with providers-scheduled 3 weeks out, who never called during the appt time. Finally about 4 weeks later, I spoke to a provider who said that Embody's 11.125 mg of Tirz is equal to other's 15 mg of Tirz. I clarified with the provider that 11.125mg tirz does not equal 15mg of Tirz. In the same call she said "oh BTW, we are now approved to go up to Tier 6 dose of Tirz, 16.6 mg. Just approved." So she says on my next order I can get my true medication dose. What about the first order I was shorted on? And their will not be a second order for sure. Embody never did rectify their mistake. So Embody is not cheaper as they short change you on your dose. They are the most untrustworthy platform I have ever dealt with. Please stay away!

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I received my medication and it was not kept cold. There was condensation in the package and the ice packs were completely melted and everything was room temperature. I reached out to this company immediately. They said they would get back to me. I emailed the next day because I still hadn’t heard anything. No response sent an email every day requesting a refund and I would return the product no response. Went on chat with them several times no resolution. Now I’m being told after sitting here today for an hour on chat with them that there is no refund and then I will have to talk to a nurse. I canceled my subscription and would not recommend this company to anyone.

Worst absolutely the worst company ever ... delivery says 3 to 5 business days dont trust it first delivery i had was 2 weeks now this one is almost a month of wait time ....Tirzepatide is not mixed with B12 like other companies... DO NOT ORDER FRIM THEM .... very bad business tactics
