DO NOT JOIN EMBODY! I thought I would try it for one month, they couldn't get that right and still haven't. Written correspondence says 2 to 3 days to receive meds, it took three weeks. I contacted customer service on many occasions, even canceling my subscription and asking for a refund, to no avail. They finally sent the medicine and it arrived warm. I was told it was safe to use and unsafe to use by their'experts' in back to back messages. So I reached out for clarification, finally after 10 days I was told I would not receive a refund but they would reship the medicine because the medicine arrived warm and unfit to use. It's been another almost 10 days and the medicine hasn't shipped yet. Their so-called patient advocate team, is not concerned with the patient! I received correspondence from them that contradicts what they've already said and it's obvious they have not even begun to look at the stream of correspondence that have already taken place. I attempted to reach out to upper management, so they would know what is going on. But it appears they have scrubbed from the internet any identity of upper management, presumably so customers can't contact them. This is true for both embody and their parent company. Their policy is, as soon as you pay, you cannot receive a refund, no matter where you are in the process. Even though they require payment prior to determining what medicine or even before you are able to speak with medical staff. There is a reason why there parent company, modern metabolic medicine, Inc.. received an F better Business bureau rating. Please, save yourself a headache and do not do business with this company!
