They get you in by stating that medication is in stock and ships in 1-2 days, but after you sign on and they take your money, they tell you that it is being compounded and will take 5-7 business days plus another how many business days to get through shipping and then 1-2 business days for transit and delivery. This plan does not work for me, and if they were fully transparent instead of setting and defying expectations I would have accepted it and moved on and waited for the medication. The bait and switch tactic is is unscrupulous and dishonest. Then they make you agree to a policy that prevents you from being refunded for something you are not receiving. there are other Companies that do not do this and as a matter of fact I already canceled my embody account and opened another and received my medication and started it, and I have not received my Embody order yet as I write this review.

Had questions as I am going from the Wegovy pill to compounded Semiglutide, she answered my questions and was reassusing, very simple.

I ordered compounded tirzepatide 4.25mg on September 9, 2026. A week later the order still shows "Confirmed" with no tracking number and no ship date. My dose was due September 15 and I am now late taking it. I asked live chat support for a specific shipping and delivery date and was told they cannot provide one — only a 7 to 10 business day window with no fixed timeline. I then requested cancellation with a full refund in the chat; the session disconnected and the cancellation was never applied — the portal still shows the order as Confirmed. I have now requested the cancellation in writing through ticket #52080915 and I am waiting for written confirmation and my refund. Without a date or tracking number, there is no way to know the medication is actually being processed. Update after Embody's reply: I appreciate the response, but it does not address anything. Before my dose day (September 15), I contacted your support multiple times asking for a shipping date, and each time I was told you could not give me one — only a 7 to 10 business day window. Meanwhile, I keep receiving emails from you saying there has been "a slight delay at the pharmacy", yet no one can tell me when my medication will actually ship. When I asked to cancel my order with a full refund, I was told you could not cancel it either. Then the chat session disconnected and the cancellation was never applied. I do not need another review of my order with no timeline. I need, in writing: confirmation that my order is cancelled, confirmation of my full refund, and the date the refund will be issued.

Delay after delay. No response from customer service. Ask to refund and still nothing after 16 days. Buyer beware! Don,t waste your money on this irresponsible company.

This is my first refill experience. So far everything has gone OK. However I did start the initial request for a refill on September 5 and it has taken 11 days to complete this process to get a refill. I think that’s excessive but I am new to this program so that may be normal. It’s not been quite two hours since my appointment call and I received several follow up emails and I am just waiting to see when my medication will be shipped. Overall I am not unhappy with the program I just wish that things progressed quicker than they have.
