HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I signed up and completed the intake form, but I never spoke to or received an intake call from a healthcare professional. I wrote on my form that I was already on 15 MG dose per my family doctor. They requested photos of my current prescription, and I sent them via text and email. They verified they received them. I also stated that I had a week and a half of my current prescription left. They stated that their typical shipping is 7-10 business days, so my prescription should be here on the 28th. Still no doctor or nurse Telecall or voice call. Just back and forth with customer service through text and email. I received a delayed notice, then another, then another, so I checked the portal. IMAGINE MY SHOCK WHEN I SAW THEY DROPPED MY DOSAGE DOWN! When I contacted customer support, they said that they would get an appointment scheduled with a nurse. I never heard back and contacted them again. They said they would escalate it and get an appointment scheduled with a Clinician. Still no medicine. No call. No appointment. So I called customer support and it was a nightmare. Poor thing just kept reading a script. She couldn't help me at all. I felt sorry for her that her company would have policies that put her in that position. She said she would escalate it again, but that I could not get a refund because the prescription had already been sent to the pharmacy. NOT MY PRESCRIPTION. They sent a prescription that they deemed appropriate for someone THEY NEVER SPOKE TO, based on NOTHING. It could not have been based on my intake form, because that stated I was on 15 mg and had pictures of the prescription bottle attached. So they made an error, and I am supposed to get this lower dose and take it after I have been on the high dose for two months? Without anyone ever speaking to me? That has to break some laws. Ethics 101, maybe? So, I am on "Escalation" for the 4th day in a row. NOT A GOOD BUSINESS MODEL. If I do not hear back and get my 15mg, AS PAID FOR, I guess I will have to start contacting every single government agency to see who monitors these folks. This is a terrible way to do business. You can't gamble with people's health.

We’re sorry this process has been so frustrating, especially after you provided your current prescription information and repeatedly requested to speak with a clinician. We understand how concerning it is to see a different dosage reflected in your account without having discussed that change with a healthcare professional. This is certainly not the level of care we aim to provide our patients. We would truly appreciate the opportunity to make things right and will be reaching out to you to gather more details. Your experience matters to us, and we’re committed to addressing your concerns. - Embody Team
