Avoid. Got shipped a vial that leaked and they wouldn't send me another after I send proof and pictures the lid wasn't sealed

Jaycee was patient with me. She took time to understand my needs. She answered my questions and repeated my concerns back. Definitely a great experience.

Paid up front for a 3 month subscription. Was told meds would ship in 3-5 days, then 7-10 days, then 10 days. After waiting almost two weeks, I contacted customer support and was given the runaround, with the rep placing blame on the pharmacy. They refused to refund my money or give me a timeframe for my meds to ship. Terrible communication, they don't respond to emails, spent over an hour on the phone to try to resolve the issue, they refused. Avoid at all costs Update 9/24/26: Magically after posting this review, I received the tracking number for my meds. They overnighted my first month's doses, but after sending an email and speaking with CS they refused to expedite my 2nd and third month doses to prevent a gap in treatment. They stated repeatedly that the pharmacy would send it on time, but when I noted they kept pushing back my initial order that was blamed on the pharmacy they still refused to do anything. So I'm in the dark about whether there will be a gap in my treatment My initial "avoid at all costs" still stands

Provider never called, visit rescheduled

I paid for medication almost 2 weeks ago and I just keep getting a text message at 1 o’clock in the morning saying that my medication is still being processed. This seems like a financial scam. They’ve had my money all this time, but I have nothing. They collecting interest on all of our money as they keep texting us. I will not use them again. I will go back to my old company.

My experience with this service has been fantastic. Every appointment has been great, and everyone has been very helpful and knowledgeable. The customer service is also exceptional.

What a joke! Should have read the reviews before I ordered because like others I haven't received my 1st month. Couple days away from being charged the 2nd month. Called on Friday and said they would have an RN call me back. I dont understand why I would need to talk to an RN when I've already had my phone appointment. Still no call from an RN. Guess I'm going to have to cancel because no way am I getting scammed a second month.

As someone who on their first page said, I switched companies because of the no monthly membership fees and getting the medication at a lower rate. I was sent a started dose. I’ve been on a GLP-1 for two years now. I filled out the questionnaire with all of my information and where my current dose is at with the previous provider. They still sent a much lower dose, again a starting dose. They did not ask for proof of current medication before prescribing my medication and shipping it. I would have gladly sent the picture so I’d get the amount I need. Makes me wonder if they actually review the charts before sending medication to the pharmacist. I had a phone conversation with a rep today and I’ve uploaded my current med, told her I was sent incorrect dose amount and explained that I’ve been on a GLP-1 for some time now. She was quite quick to get off the phone. Hopefully I’ll hear from someone tomorrow but not looking too great from recent reviews. Was excited to not have to pay membership fees but this is not a great start. Feeling like I get why some companies have those fees their providers are on it, very professional and take their time to hear you out. I had a very early meeting and thought I would at least get a confirmation that my uploaded picture was received and that it was under review but I’ve gotten nothing. I maybe going back to my original providers and see how I can handle getting my $ returned.
