Very quick and thorough

First provider not available. 2nd provider called was pleasant but let me know that your compound for terzepitide only went to 11.25 mg and I am on 12.5 now. I should have been made aware of this initially.

My care provider was incredibly knowledgeable and caring. She walked me through everything and made me feel super important.

Joined this company in July and got the first dosage out and was disappointed because I transferred from somewhere else and was expecting the same dosage and that was not the case. I see other people met with someone first before issuing medication, I never received it but I was like hey - let me get on it and see what's what. I have lost 20lbs in two months but the delay in getting the medication has been horrible. First time was 5 days past due and this time I am now 10 days past due. As soon as I get my medicine I am cancelling.
