Percy was very helpful and answered my questions. Some of my questions needed to be answered by a provider so he scheduled a call for me on the spot which was very helpful. So far I have nothing negative to say about Embody.

I have had nothing but positive experiences so far with signing up with Embody to all the status text messages and phone calls. My VIP account manager, Jomart, reached out to me the day after signing up and offered her on-going service and support to me. My meds were shipped out the day after signing up and my referral already received her $50 off when she signed up! Win-win all around!

**Terrible Experience — Unprofessional Company and Worthless VIP Membership** I paid $77.94 for Embody's VIP membership, expecting priority service and professional medical support. What I received was absolutely disgraceful. My medical provider called 25 minutes late, rushed through my consultation, failed to answer my legitimate medical questions, and abruptly hung up on me. Despite repeated emails, a formal complaint, and requests to speak with management, my concerns were essentially ignored. Their solution? Offer another appointment instead of addressing their failures. I canceled my account and disputed the VIP charge with Chase Bank. In my experience, their VIP membership is nothing more than an expensive disappointment. **Their D- BBB rating (under their parent company name /Modern Metabolic Medicine, Inc.) comes as absolutely no surprise.** This company has demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for paying customers. **I strongly recommend avoiding Embody. Save your money and find a reputable provider that actually values its patients.** I also think they use shady pharmacies....BE CAREFUL!!!!!
