1st leg me say the NP was PHENOMENAL!!! Started in Aug. I paid for 2nd prescription on Sept 11 never received anything. Called customer service 10+ times advised that I was being sent out an extremely high dosage that could kill me. Since I didn’t receive anything I didn’t have any medication for more than 3 weeks I needed to start over at beginning dosage They advised me that if I didn’t pay now I would not get the correct dosage after waiting almost a month. They will not issue a refund for the dosage I can not take. They know I have not received anything further medication but they want to charge me again.

Elena Bondoc has been very helpful when I have had issues. I’m happy with my experience so far.

The employees made my experience great

I’ve had three appointments scheduled in the past month and just now finally got a call for the third one. When I called asking to cancel my membership before this 3rd appt. and get refunded for the first two months that I was charged for, she said no refunds could be done. That was very poor customer service
