2nd update, no medication shipped, leaving me out of meds
2nd update. My 1st shipment finally arrived after much work following up on my end. The doseage was too low and ineffective. Due to embody doseage IS OFF BRAND. TRIZEP IS 2.5, 5.0, 7.5 BUT Embody is 6.3 when I should be on 7.5. hence 4 weeks of wasted $$$ Finally got the new doseage straight and now 7 days later and still No Shipment. All it states is order is at pharmacy and normally ships in a few days. Very bad end result thus far. I prepaid 3 month supply..I need my shipment. Left with no medication!!!!

Going without your prescribed treatment and dealing with long shipment wait times is unacceptable. This is certainly not the level of care or service we aim to provide. We would truly appreciate the opportunity to look into your account and make things right, and our team will be reaching out to you directly to gather more details. Your experience matters to us and we're committed to addressing your concerns.

TERRIBLE!! Stay away!
This product and this company is absolutely terrible! You don’t see any results when using and their customer service is disappointing. I was charged DOUBLE on the second month and SIX days sooner than I should have been. When I attended to cancel and get a refund after noticing RIGHT AWAY what had happened, I was told “there is nothing they can do about it”. I even called to get it resolved and they were rude and unhelpful. So now, as a single mother of two, I am down $130 for a product that doesn’t work. If I could give this entire situation ZERO stars, I would.

Hi Laura, we are really sorry this experience left you feeling so frustrated and unheard. Being charged twice and then noticing an earlier-than-expected charge would be especially upsetting, particularly when you reached out right away hoping to have it corrected and felt that your concerns were dismissed. This is certainly not the level of care we aim to provide to our patients.
We'd appreciate the opportunity to make things right and will be reaching out to you to gather more details. Your experience matters to us and we're committed on addressing your concerns.

Delays and excuses are the only things delivered on time
UPDATE:
I have edited the review (for now) to 3 stars. One of the customer service reps from Embody actually reached out to me today. They didn't try to sign me back up for the meds I discontinued. They just asked for an opportunity to do better on the next refill and prove themselves. We'll have another conversation at refill time and then I will update here again and possibly renew my other subscriptions. I can't argue with the results. Another update to come in a couple weeks or so.
ORGINAL POST:
Ok, so I'll try to be fair here and highlight a little of the positive and not just harp on the negatives. However, given the negatives are around getting the actual medication, its 100% a ONE star experience.
I would guess a lot of the positive reviews aren't recent. If they are, I'll be even more upset because that means it just me or the pharmacy they sent my meds.
Sign up was easy. Its a website and telehealth. There's at least a dozen reputable GLP online businesses out there fighting for our money. Embody looked good. Solid information, solid options, and supplements to make sure you stay healthy while losing the tonnage. I signed up for Tirzepatide, Semorelin, NAD+, and the VIP+ membership at somwwhere around $300 a month all in. Initial medications trickled in over the course of 2 weeks. I wanted to start everything on time together but that wasnt possible now. That's when the trouble started. Getting the medications. Having them, the packaging, instructions, and their performance? All exactly as expected. Getting the orders from med staff to pharmacy and them pharmacy to home was 100% of the battle.
Come refill time I filled out my form and waited but nothing was happening. I had already argued with them about my billing cycle because I'll be paying weeks before month 2 meds arrive.
I started sending emails and getting the old "We're sorry but were really busy" responses.
VIP customer service is located on the east coast so every time I would complain or inquire I would get a phone call and a voicemail before my morning alarm would go off. Every time. Even after I asked and explained I'm on pacific time.
Finally I got into a text message argument with my customer service rep after I was told "orders are not sent to the pharmacy until the 23rd to 28th day after you received your prior medication".
This was on the 32nd day since I got my meds. I was definitely going to miss at least one weekly dose of Tirzepatide and probably 2 doses if I wanted to stay consistent with a Saturday start date.
Finally the order went to the pharmacy and took a week to get fulfilled and sent out. Meantime, I got the NAD+ (over a week after the first one was done). Finally Tirzepatide arrived mid week the following week. I still haven't gotten the Sermorelin yet. It'll be here tomorrow.
What an unbelievable cluster. At one point, I told the customer service rep I don't want him calling me anymore. They don't listen anyway. And it doesn't speed anything up. I want to send you $300 a month and you send me medicine on time.
Right now I am paying a monthly fee for a month's worth of medication that takes 6 weeks to get. So ultimately it's genius on their part. I'll pay 12 months of subscription services and get about 8 months of medication at this rate.
I asked for the Sermorelin and NAD+ and VIP subscriptions to be dropped. At least I won't be juggling 3 different refill dates. So far the meds are canceled but I'm still a "VIP" for now.
The good? I dropped 22 pounds in the 1 month that I actually had all 3 meds. I've never had all 3 at the same time again, though. I've looked into switching providers, but now that I'm on it, its not easy to switch to another telehealth provider and make it seamless.
Trapped for now, I guess. If I endup going 2 weeks without Tirzepatide after month 2, I'll have no choice but to seek out another provider. I am guessing SOMEONE out there wants to take my money in exchange for goods and services delivered on time.
And yes... all of this has taken place during my FIRST TWO MONTHS with Embody.
I've emailed and texted and called, but the (very nice) customer service rep is clearly powerless to do anything about the problems. He will call you, tough. Every day if necessary, before your alarm goes off. And he will tell you again how busy the pharmacy is, and how sorry they are.
I've never had to wait 2 weeks for Walgreens or Costco or CVS to fill a prescription. What kind of half baked operation are they using? Or are these delays on purpose, to stretch the timing of refills and save a few months worth of fees?
I'll never know. 3 more weeks and I'll be screaming for a refill again and getting daily "we are sorry" excuses. I think Ro or someone else will be happy to help me out.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback regarding your experience with our service. We recognize how frustrating it is to deal with delayed shipments, staggered delivery dates for your medications, and inconsistent billing cycles that do not line up with when your prescriptions arrive. This is certainly not the level of care we aim to provide to our patients. We would truly appreciate the opportunity to make things right and will be reaching out to you to gather more details. Your experience matters to us and we're committed to addressing your concerns.
