⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience I honestly wish I could give zero stars. My experience with Embody has been nothing but frustrating, and I would not recommend this company to anyone. I specifically signed back up with Embody because of their advertised fast shipping. Instead, I’ve been given the runaround since making my payment. Every time I contact customer service, I get a different answer. Now I’m being told shipping could take 7–10 days, and suddenly there are additional appointment requirements that were never clearly explained when I signed back up. What makes this even more frustrating is that I’m now without my medication because I relied on what this company told me. When you’re dealing with people’s medications, communication and reliability should be a priority, not an afterthought. Customer service has been absolutely ridiculous. I’ve spent way too much time reaching out, repeating myself, and trying to get straightforward answers. Instead of actually resolving the issue, they just create support tickets and try to end the conversation. I have been more than patient, but at this point, I’m tired of the excuses, inconsistent information, and lack of accountability. If you’re considering Embody for weight-loss medication, I strongly suggest doing your research before handing over your money. Based on my experience, their promises about shipping and customer service have not matched reality. I paid for a service expecting reliability and transparency. So far, I’ve received neither.

Loved the thoroughness of the provider, and she was also quick which was great for me because i was at work.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. For starters, they sent me the incorrect dosage on my first shot! Needless to say I did not feel well for the whole week! Then they literally lost my account info, tried to lower my dosage due to their incompetence, and then canceled my account after I paid. Would not recommend.

Don't give them your money!!! I paid for a 3 month prescription. After days of emails, texts and phone calls. They kept making excuses as to why I didn't receive my prescription and couldn't issue a refund. No refund policy even when they tell you that you can't get a prescription. I'm sure they are a scam company.

My provider listened to me. She was caring.

Nothing went wrong with the dr .. u have the worst customer service they dont resolve ur problem they tell u what you want to hear and the problem continues

The nurse was very nice and she helped me very well
