Just spoke with Joseph and he sent me the link to complete the medical form. Joseph was extremely helpful and stayed on the phone with me until I completed the questions and explained to me that when starting a different medication another medical form had to be filled out. I am definitely satisfied with the conversation that we had. Aside from our conversation, I was previously on the Semaglutide medication and it didn't agree with me. I did lose weight, however it made me nauseous and constipated. I'm hoping that the Tirzepitide has a different effect. I'm looking forward to trying it and hopefully get good results.
