Second update 9/3/2024 after leaving this same review on their FB page, the page admins blocked me. Which means they are doing everything possible to make what is still being done to me disappear. This is beyond shady and unacceptable. This new development will be recorded and included in my extensive report to the NY medical board and will also be a second complaint filed with the FTC. UPDATE AS OF 09/02/2024 I was finally contacted by a man named Joesph. He proceeded to offer me a 50% refund in exchange for removal of this negative review which is illegal per the 2016 fair consumer review act. This was reiterated again in a second text from and when I told him I was reporting the company to the FTC, he immediately changed his tone and I was told I was issued a full refund. It took this company 7 (seven) weeks to actually acknowledge me and respond to me. 7 weeks out of a 12wk program. They put me on a medication with serious and potentially detrimental side effects and then ignored every attempt I made to reach out. The fact that my finally speaking out publicly about this medical negligence is what got them to respond to me is insane. They went on to claim that the doctors don’t reach out to clients unless the client initiated the contact. I did initiate contact many, many times and was ignored every single time. They are also refusing to release my lab work results and refuse to discuss them with me when I paid out of pocket for them. Which under NY medical law is illegal. After familiarizing myself with the guidelines of NY medical misconduct they have violated no less than 5 of the guidelines. I am now working to report them for this. All I asked for from the beginning was to be supported and given the care their website claims to provide as well as to be responded to in the timeframe stated on the website (24-48hrs). After 7 weeks I then requested a refund for the time I was denied the service I paid for and that’s when I was offered the illegal exchange of a partial refund for review removal, not once but twice. I will continue to report them for this. I will continue to warn people that this company practices incredibly dangerous behavior that could permanently harm people for a very ridiculously high cost. ***ORIGINAL REVIEW*** They hide costs, don’t tell you that the labs they demand are out of pocket, and never respond to any messages, emails, or the chats with the “doctor” assigned to you. I am reporting them to the medical board. This is blatant medical negligence and nothing but lies and over priced compounded meds that can be gotten elsewhere for MUCH cheaper.

My experience was awesome. The Doctor was very helpful. Listened to me and provided the necessary medicine and doses that I need for a successful weight loss journey

The overall customer service is great they very wiling to help but I think they should offer more of a discount for returning customers.

My first follow up went well. I've had a healthy consistent weight loss and look forward to continuing.
