⭐ My Honest Experience with Elevate — Not Recommended I would personally not recommend Elevate based on my experience. Initially, the coach showed interest in understanding my routine, meals and lifestyle. However, over time, I felt that the proactive involvement reduced considerably. Some of the issues I experienced: • Diet plans were not changed regularly based on progress. Changes generally happened only when I specifically requested them. • I often had to figure out meal changes on my own instead of receiving proactive guidance. • The level of coaching and interest I experienced initially was not maintained consistently. • My experience with the sales process was disappointing. I felt that some expectations were set during the sales/renewal conversations that did not match my experience after subscribing. • As an online service, it was difficult to identify a clear person responsible for resolving subscription or service-related concerns. • Response times for concerns were very long, and I had to follow up repeatedly over email. • Most importantly, I did not see the expected results in terms of weight loss despite being on the program. • I also had concerns regarding the refund process. Some aspects of the refund policy were not clear to me at the time of purchase and became apparent only when I actually raised the refund request. Overall, I feel the post-sale experience did not match my expectations, and I did not receive the results or level of support I was expecting. My advice: Before joining or renewing, please ask very specific questions about diet-plan changes, coaching support, response timelines, cancellation and refund policies, and what happens if you don’t get the expected results. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone the medication they giving you something that you’re not supposed to have and it don’t work you’re not losing weight with it and they keep hitting your bank account once a week. I am about to have my lawyer to contact them because they are highway robbery and the medication does not work. They won’t call me. I didn’t love my number. Tried to call and never hear from no one. So you can try yourself and see how it worked for you and see how I hit your bank account. It’s up to you, but I’m getting ready to call my bank. They have robbed me long enough for something that did not work and I told them nothing work they sent medication that wasn’t wrapped in nothing cold. The medication did not work and they did not try to return my money back or anything so they study hitting me up every week

This is the 2nd time giving Elevate Health a chance to help me lost weight. I won't do it again. I read the reviews of everyone who praises Elevate Health and wonder why is this NOT the case with me. No one reached out to see how I was doing, my weight loss was little to nothing and that was with me working out 3 times a week, and cutting my calorie intake. I don't understand it, and I opted for the more expensive medication so I'll be paying for something that didn't work, NEVER AGAIN!!

I enrolled in the 6-month Elevate Diet & Wellness Program (₹21,000), a program that was marketed using Indian actor R. Madhavan's name and image. Based on my experience, I found the service highly unprofessional and deeply disappointing. I was promised an onboarding call within 24–48 hours. Instead, I received it only after 7 days and only after making repeated follow-up calls to the person in charge. (Taken plan on 10th June. Onboarding call on 18th June) During the one-hour onboarding call, I clearly explained my lifestyle, including my Monday fasts and religious fasts such as Ekadashi and Poornima. Despite this, after another delay of two days, I was sent what appeared to be a generic diet plan starting on a Monday, completely ignoring the information I had shared. It felt like a standard template rather than a personalised plan. Before making the payment, I had specifically informed them that I would be travelling and would need my plan paused. I was assured this would not be a problem. However, after payment, I was told they would "look into whether it was possible." This was completely different from what had been promised before I enrolled. The fitness coach contacted me only after three weeks on June 3rd. By then, I had already lost confidence in the service. When I decided to withdraw, I referred to their advertised claim of a "100% refund if you're unhappy." Instead, I was informed that ₹4,000 would be deducted as administrative charges for the onboarding call, dietitian, and fitness coach. Considering the delays, the generic diet plan, and the lack of timely coaching, I do not believe these charges were justified. In my experience, there was a significant gap between the promises made before payment and the service delivered afterwards. Communication was poor, timelines were repeatedly missed, and the refund policy did not match my experience. I cannot recommend this program based on my experience and would advise prospective customers to read all the terms and conditions carefully before enrolling.

It is a complete waste of money. The app is glitchy and wastes your time. Fitness coach meets you for 5 mins per week and gives you a set of videos on their app that is full of ads which you have to watch to see the workout videos. No other motivation or guidance. Health coach gives advice that says have protein and fibre, which is common knowledge and a generic diet plan. There is not much personalization or education in the program. If you want to cancel, there is no refund even if you don't avail their services. The coaches and doctors are not available on weekends and mostly available in weekdays during your office hours. If you have no job to go to and are self motivated, avail this as a tracker, otherwise, you are just wasting your money like I did.

I have all the proof and I am very disheartened to say after talking so much to many I have found no solution and not even during registration I was informed about the deduction policy. I'm going to take this matter to court of law and find justice for others too....

SCAM PLACE I ordered a weight loss drug from ELEVATE HEALTH on 12/15 and this transaction posted on 12/16/25. I have spoken to them since the beginning, voicing my concerns that shipping was delayed for 5 days and the ice had melted supporting the medication. I was assured things were fine and that the med can last 21 days warm. I was told last week it can last 7 days warm. I skeptically believed them at first but after 2 months of no effect or impact (I have been on these drugs for almost 3 years and know the impact), I requested a refund. I also did some research, supporting my initial concern that these meds are not safe to take if they arrive warm says the FDA. I offered to send the 2.5 vials back to them. They are for IGNORING MY REQUESTS and being DISHONEST about me voicing my concerns this entire time. They reach out periodically asking about progress and besides my concern when it was delivered, I have told them I feel nothing each time and something is wrong. My compounded tirzepatide shipment was delayed 4/5 days and arrived with melted ice and warm after sitting in a postal facility over a weekend. While I was told this was acceptable, compounded tirzepatide does not carry FDA-verified stability data equivalent to brand-name Zepbound, and temperature excursions raise legitimate concerns about peptide degradation. Now in week 8 and have experienced no appetite suppression, satiety changes, gastrointestinal effects, or metabolic response, which is clinically inconsistent with my prior documented response to semaglutide and with expected tirzepatide effects at this stage. Given the $1,000 cost, shipping delay, temperature exposure, and complete lack of pharmacologic effect, I am concerned the product may not have been viable at the time of use as above mentioned evidence points to this. This place is a rip off. BUYER BEWARE They are now ignoring me and my requests. NO ACCOUNTABILITY.

As I was getting started with this program my mother was declining and dying. I tried to reach out and got “I am sorry you are going through this” platitudes but not a “let’s help hold you up while you go through this” which would have aligned more with what they tell prospective customers. I had zero impact from the supplements, and believe they missed completely with their assessments on me. There is no individuation of protocols for clients as there should be. We are not the same. This program just locks us all like cattle into the one plan they have as if it fixes everything for everyone. When I reached out for help, I found out they provide lip service with no actual assistance. I feel scammed, tricked, manipulated. I advise anyone looking at this to find a local naturopath and work one on one to get your health back. I am stuck paying off more than I was told it was for longer than I ever wanted. Do not make my mistake.
