No help from support team when creating an account
I’ve been trying for months to make my account, I’ve contacted the support team and no answer. Wanted to give it a try because everybody says it’s so great but if I can’t even get help to create my account then I don’t know what to expect from this company.

I tried to register and got "Some information that you provided is missing or invalid. We were unable to process your request." Despite putting in my email and password as requested for registration.

I really enjoyed working great platform with…
I really enjoyed working with JoinBrands. This is the first platform I started and at the time it did not cost anything now I pay $48 a month to be in a pro status. I think this is a little high but compared to other platforms, this one I think is the easiest to use and I get a lot more jobs with this platform. Therefore, a highly recommended you do not have to go pro you can still join join JoinBrands for free, which is a great option that I hope they never change.

I was blown away at the support and…
I was blown away at the support and understanding of the issue I was having. It took two people to help me get to the bottom of it. In the end we were able to figure it out and I was guided in every step By Tihi in the chat function. The issue was resolved and they even went a step further to ask again if I needed any additional help and where I can go in the future if I needed anything. Amazing customer service.
