The set up process was easy and I’m happy with the product, the packaging and shipping speed. The only issue I had frequently was not knowing who to contact regarding shipments and what was needed (and when) to get my vials shipped before running out. I kept sending messages then finding out I was supposed to contact someone else (doctor vs support). It was confusing. Other than that the experience was good.

This is a scam company
This is a scam company. Heaven forbid you have a question, doctor sends you to support, support to doctor, and they run you in circles, and lock you in a prescription that doesn’t align with your goals. I paid $179 prior to any conversation and when I couldn’t get responses, I went elsewhere, and requested a refund. They kept $100 and again gave me the runaround before I had to go to my bank for help. And it didn’t. So a waste of time and money.

On the program for two weeks
I have been on the program for two weeks. I have lost 11 pounds. I do not think about food. I don’t want food. I have to make myself eat and drink to stay hydrated. The food noise is completely gone. I am confident that this program will help me reach my goals of 60 pounds.
