It will be your worst nightmare trusting this company.

TERRIBLE! Practically Nonexistent customer service!! Amble was wonderful to accept you payment infor and put a pending charge on your account before approving. Now, they did post that, that would happen. However, they also have on their site that you can cancel free of charge unless the pharmacy has already received the script and it is up to them to release script with a charge. Yesterday evening, I decided to sign up for amble, because of their pricing, and leave the company that I have been receiving my tirzepatide thru the past 2 months. After rethinking, I decided to stay with my current company so in less than 12 hrs I messaged them to cancel. My account has not been approved yet and I am in Pending mode, so easy cancel, right? No! Quick responses when I joined, however NO response to my cancellation. I have followed their guidelines and getting no response. This is ridiculous. I was told that due to high volume my case may take a few days to approve, so I move quickly to avoid issues and again, no response. They do not have and email or phone number to contact which to me is especially sketchy now that I see no response. Just BEWARE. I am contact my cc company to see if they can be of some help.

No membership fees or hidden charges and Let’s talk about Alexis who is an Amble coach that I met through tik tok when doing my research for GLP1 companies. She is amazing she answers all your questions and guides you through this journey!! Love love love!!!

I meet amble through Alexis group on Facebook which she is always happy to answer any question about anything, I ended up getting semaglutide and nad + based on her videos reviews. I have lost 6.5 pounds in four weeks so far, the whole process was very easy.

Been very frustrating with Amble, UPS lost my order and Amble refuses to replace my order it. It's been a week since the lost shipment mind you UPS lost it at their UPS facility in JAX no customer service to talk to! Amble wants me to wait until UPS finds my lost order which that is ridiculous. I have replied to so many online agents at Ambel with no resolution.
