Ordered my product 2 weeks in advance because we were leaving on vacation. Order was written but never filled. Then they sent that order was waiting for ups, for 1 week ups did not pick up because order was not ready. I paid for 6 months, they sure took my money. I have written to doctors, they said to contact support, wrote support every day begging them to take of my order because it will be sitting in a post office for 1 week, un refrigerated and i have no product so my schedule is all off Nothing from anybody. Again they still have my money, no product and no one will answer. You can't call them How convenient! So sorry frustrated.

If I could do zero stars I would! Absolutely horrible company. They evidently have thousands of dollars of our money and are not responding to any messages. I have been reading the posted reviews from the last few days and now I know I am not the only one. Looks like they'll probably have a class action lawsuit filed against them. They better be getting their management team straightened out or they'll go down in flames like every other pos company that bilks people out of their hard earned dollars.

I have been with Amble Health since January and have received five vials of medication to date, which have supported my weight loss progress. However, I have not received my most recent order, which was scheduled to arrive on May 28th. I closely monitored the shipment through UPS, but the package was ultimately lost. I filed a claim with UPS and contacted Klarna to pause any related payments. Since then, I’ve reached out to Amble multiple times via email and through their customer portal, but I have not received any response. Although the portal indicates that representatives are available and typically respond within one business day, I have yet to hear from anyone. There’s also no phone number to call. When I checked my account through Amble Portal on June 4, they cancelled by last order without notifying me. Absolutely worst experience with telehealth so far. Update: I received an email on June 4from Amble that (Melissa) that the pharmacy is reshipping my order. I never received the order. When I responded that my order was cancelled by Amble and if I was truly going to get the order, I never got a response back since my last email on June 16th.

***Scam alert**** My initial package was lost and i didn't get a response for almost 2 weeks. At that point i no longer wanted to do business with the company so requested the account to be cancelled and refund for the medication i did not receive. I was sent another package despite my request not to send one. I refused the package which has since been returned. Still no replies. I used affirm and have been trying to dispute. They will answer affirm but not answer me. Whatever they are sending affirm my disputes are being denied. I will continue to dispute this especially reading the other issues folks have similar to mines. This is a janky ass company do not use them. No real customer service. Vague and generic responses. No phone number. Terrible terrible company. Please don't use their medication who knows what is actually in it. I plan to report them to the attorney general office and take them to small claims if i cannot get my dispute resolved.

The signing up and getting your order is super easy and fast. Now i got my order and i am having issues getting into my account because i think my dummy self miss typed my email, which is not their fault. The issue is the lack of customer support to get help. I have sent to detailed messages asking for help and have gotten nothing back. I need to update my payment method and because their lack of help I will probably need to find another company. They really need to figure out how to help people, waiting two to three weeks and still no response is unacceptable.

It has been a week since my 2 daughters and I signed up and paid for our prescriptions. We were previously with ziphealth. They’ve taken our money but we have not heard from anyone! I’ve sent several messages but still no reply. I hope this wasn’t a scam :-(

Scam. Not correct dosage and fraudulent company no md on staff

If you have questions about ANYTHING…forget about getting an answer! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! They are very quick to take your $ but will NOT ANSWER emails, texts, help chats, etc. There isn’t a customer service phone number either (which should of been the first clue :-/) I gave them 2 stars instead if 1 because I actually did receive my first shipment of meds.
