This company took my money on June 2nd... said that my order was sent to a pharmacy and provided a tracking number for the shipment once it was fulfilled. It is currently June 17th and that tracking number still says UPS has not received item yet. I have messaged Amble multiple times asking them to follow up on this with ZERO response. I have messaged support, messaged the doctor and I have sent an email. They do not have a phone number so live help isn't even an option. Looks like i'll have to submit a fraud claim on my charge and find a new company.

Ordered medication over 12 days ago. Have not received medication. No updates on delivery and a robot response from their customer service. They took my $350 without a problem tho. SCAM!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!’

This company is a complete scam! There is no phone number for customer service. They claim there is no phone number to keep prices down; which makes no sense as Amble costs just as much as every other company. There is no guidance and I didn’t need bloodwork to begin which feels unsafe. The website is terrible to use and full of glitches! I had no weight loss for the 6 months I used Amble! It took a week to get my money back after a glitch on their site for my refill. This incident resulted in my switch to Life/RX. Do yourself a favor and just use Life/RX! You’ll be glad you did!

I had to move my GLP1 care online after my local pharmacy stopped compounding. When I signed up for Amble I had to take a picture of my current rx. I had just completed 4 weeks at .5. Amble sent me a 90 day supply at .5. I submitted a question to my prescriber about why I wasn’t being titrated up as seems to be standardly done. I waited days for a response only for it to come from an admin (not a doctor) and was told that I should have asked if that’s what I wanted. I didn’t know to ask and as a patient I’m not sure that I should be expected to know the ins and outs of my medications to this level. When I’m sick and receive a prescription for an antibiotic, I trust I’m being prescribed per the standard protocols. I will have been on a .5 dose for a total of 16 weeks when I finally find new care. I wouldn’t recommend Amble at all. I couldn’t even get my provider to respond to my question (just the admin) until I said I was going to contact the licensing board. So frustrating.

The company hasn't given me a timeline for when the medicine will get to me. The doctors haven't, not even once, responded to any of my questions. These are questions that should take only a few minutes to answer.

I have been getting semaglutide from them for 5 months with few issues except a dosage variation which made me finish my medication before the end of the month. I have not had an injection in 2 weeks. Then month 6 arrives but in totally different packaging. The ice pack is completely thawed and the medication is warm. I have sent at least 6 messages in the last week.to ensure the safety of using it. I researched it and found that it needs to be verified with the pharmacy that compounds it. They do not publish any phone #s. I keep getting automatic responses that they are very busy. Like who isn't. And they check their messages in the order they were received. Sorry, that's BS. You are in the medical field. Those messages need to be prioritized! I am so pissed. Now I am on my 3rd week of no medicine. Will it even be safe to resume at the dose I've been prescribed? I will probably never find out. Save your money and use another company that has a legit customer support team

Update to the below as of July 9. I reported the unethical and scammy practices to the BBB as well as here below and neither received a reply. That says a lot in my opinion. Total scam! Unfortunately this is the second company I have had the same issue with and I think the other company and this company may be owned by the same company which may explain the duplicate issue. No replies from customer support for 5-6 days and I only got 2 of 4 doses shipped. They do not answer questions when they do reply but you cannot call because they don’t have a phone number. I reported them to the BBB because they will not refund me for half of what I paid since I only got half of what they were supposed to provide. Shame on me for not checking here first! Don’t waste the time or money!

Very unprofessional. I’m a healthcare provider myself and I’m appalled at how I’ve been treated as a patient. The physicians absolutely do not read any of your messages or review your account. Your card is charged for the product before a “doctor” responds. I was able to make do with what they sent me, only because I am comfortable with calculating my own dosing schedule. Support is also unhelpful. They take days to respond, also do not read your messages, and only send back generic responses. Not reviewing patient information is a major safety issue and will be reported to the medical board for unethical practice.
