I have been with Amble for 6 months now and I am down 35 lbs. I still want to lose 30 more lbs and having Amble by side helping on this journey is being great!

The medication works. But the customer services does not. Everything was great until I received my requested next month shipment, opened it up and it was red instead of the usual clear liquid? Turns out it now has vitamin b in the formula, I had no knowledge it was being changed ON TOP of being placed into an auto renewal that I didn’t agree to. I reached out to customer service wondering if I could go back to receiving the medication without the vitamin B and it took A WEEK to hear back, they said the medication now comes that way. I said ok I’d like to proceed with my medication. They charged me the $179, I check the tracking and it says a label has been created but ups hasn’t received the package for the past 8 days… I’ve now run out of medication, still waiting to hear back from customer service, and out $179 not even knowing if I’m going to receive what I paid for. If and when I receive my next shipment will be the last I order from amble.

Amble placed an order today without my permission and charged my credit card with a new order that I did not authorize. Amble indicated that I was on AUTO RENEW that I did not sign up for. I informed Amble after my last order of their substitution for Turzepitide that it did not work for me. I do not want a $100 cancellations fee for an order that I DID NOT request. I have sent multiple messages to Amble and I have not been successful in reversing the July 2025 charge that I did not request or authorize. I'm wondering if this is a scam.

Love, love, love Amble! Affordable accessibility to life changing, personalized doses of medication! I have been with them over a year and their service is top notch, my dose is always accurate and my medication is always sterile with the correct potency. I love it so much, two other people in my family use them and I recommend them to others any time I have the opportunity!
