I’ve only had a good experience with Amble! Communication has been good with the MD and I’ve lost 30lbs.in 4 months. Would recommend.

Total scam. No way to get in touch with anyone. Meds aren’t sent on time, resulting in missed doses. Zero, and I mean zero, customer service. All messages are answered by AI and just keep you in a loop with no answer

Denise was great support, kind thorough and very professional. She answered all my questions and provided great support. Because of her, I’ve decided to stay with Amble after recent hangups.

It’s simple, low cost and I feel better than ever. I would never switch to a different company.

Amble is great, no issues. Dr response time and customer support replies back timely with any questions I have. When my order is being shipped I am notified every step of the way via email and text alert for overnight delivery. Been with Amble for over 6 months with no complaints

Unlike many companies, Amble charges you immediately when the Doctor OK's a prescription. Most companies don't charge you until the medication has been SHIPPED. I have tried many times to contact them through their messenger. Amble has made it nearly impossible to communicate with them. I'm sure this is on purpose. How about a chat feature with a human?? I have sent them messages that never get answered or get some BS answer by a BOT. Oddly, the best communication method I have found is to message the Doctor! The only reason I give them 2 stars instead on 1 is that so far I have EVENTUALLY been able to get my medication. I advise watching your credit card charges from them CLOSELY. I have been billed before and never received the med, so contest the charge with your credit card company if this happens.

I love Amble! From the signing up to placing the refill orders is very easy. The no membership fees is a plus and you only get charged when you place an order. Shipping is very quick.
