Caution! Red flags with prescription, delivery, no customer service response and inability to cancel services
I signed up with Amble due to the good reviews in May. I signed up for 6 months. The first three months they started me on a lower dose than I had been on before. I lost no weight since May. My hunger noise increased which definitely caused me to eat more. I messaged the doctor a week ago to increase the dose. No response until I got a message from clinical support telling me to cancel or delay my current prescription and start over. I still have 3 months left and I am expecting my delivery on July 23. After researching online I came across a lot of people who said they have not received their prescriptions for weeks. This is a great concern to me as my husband and I spent $1600+ on both prescriptions for 6 months. 3 months of no weight loss due to the low dosage prescribed by the doctor and due to the lack of customer service response/doctor response I feel we are out of at least $800 in total. I would avoid. I will update my review should anything change but at this point I've lost trust. I attempted to remove my credit card info and it would let me. I also attempted to stop the prescription to no avail.
