I'm sure this company thinks they're saving money by not hiring customer service representatives, but I can assure them they are losing money by not having them. I messaged them and they clearly didn't read my message and sent me something completely tangential in response a full 10 days later. I need my second month supply and am on auto renew but it didn't charge me yet even though it should have days ago, and I know I won't be able to get ahold of anyone for weeks, so I will be switching to another company. Don't waste your time with Amble when there are plenty like it with the exact same prices that actually do have customer service representatives.

I have been using Amble for about a year or so and things have gone well up to this point. I signed up for the 3 month supply to save money and it was to go out June 27, but nothing so far!! I have reached out to the doctor and support, but neither seem concerned with me or the fact that I have not received my medicine and I am out! Not good business. They charged my card on June 27 and sent me a message that they had sent the prescription to the pharmacy. Then about a week later, they sent me another message that said they had sent it to another pharmacy for expediting. Still, NOTHING!!! This is crazy. I have reached out to my bank to dispute the charge. I will not "donate" to this company. That is what it appears I have done. No service and no medicine!! No one will answer any of my messages either. Strange, why is there no contact phone number?

RUN, don't walk, AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. First month was okay, just paid for one month at that time; however VERY difficult to get any communication from them. Then, I signed up for the three month plan to get a better rate. Of course, they immediately took my payment!! Again, VERY difficult to get any communication. Message the doctor about a possible overdose. Heard back from them a week later. Glad I didn't die. The 2nd month of my three-month agreement, Amble did not send my medication until two weeks late causing missed doses. Only after I cancelled my membership due to their negligence, did I hear from them. They told me I could not get a refund because I had cancelled. NOT TRUE! Amble didn't send medication on time - THEIR fault which is why I cancelled. Now they have sent the medication (two weeks late) and said I would just lose my third month's payment unless I reinstate my membership and let them know to manually order the third month. This is a HORRIBLE company with next to NO communication!!! RUN! RUN! RUN!! from them!!! This company is a scam and should be shut down!!! They have a HORRIBLE Better Business Bureau rating. I should have checked there first!!

I signed up with Amble about six months ago, and it has been the best decision I’ve made. The doctors and support team at Amble have been incredibly helpful in addressing all my questions and concerns. Most importantly, I’ve lost weight! I have recommended Amble to all my friends and family.

Amble is great! The process of getting prescribed medication is thorough, yet easy. Their customer service is knowledgeable and quick to respond. I highly recommend them.
