So far staff has been very sweet and helpful. Process for medication seems seem less as well. Have not receive medication yet but very excited to get started.

I purchased a 3-month supply through this company, but unfortunately the medication made me severely sick. The side effects were too intense, so I stopped taking it after about 3 weeks. To my surprise, after the 3-month period ended, I was automatically charged again for a refill. I don’t understand how a prescription can be renewed without any follow-up or check-in from a doctor to see how I was tolerating the medication. I’ve reached out to the company and am currently waiting to hear back. I will update this review once I receive a response and see how they handle the situation. UPDATE: THEY STILL HAVEN'T REFUNDED ME. BE AWARE!!!
