I was excited yet skeptical when I joined the company. I had seen John Maxwell speak a couple of times and really respected what he represented so I decided to join. When I got to the IMC I was incredibly impressed with the entire event, especially the people. I stepped up to mentorship, which was completely unintended at the time of going, however, both my husband and I felt it was a good move once seeing the entire team in action. I am extremely excited for my future as part of the JMT.

Hi Dawn, Thanks for the feedback. I'm getting excited just reading about your IMC event experience and how excited you are about all that is going on in your life. Mentorship was a great move and it will give you greater access to the teaching faculty and other key mentors that will be able to pour into your life things yet to be learned by many others. Just think, you are now a part of a team of incredible leaders that span the globe and are out every day impacting our world in amazing ways. Now, it's your turn to help lead the way by continuing to growth and develop as a leader and by going out and adding value to people's lives every single day. Way to go Dawn! Keep it going........ Just enrolling in the program , the mentoship and my first impression is “impressive”. The event was well coordinated and very inspiring. I got a wealth of information that I am now digesting. I am so looking forward to what the future holds with this new found direction.

Hi Christine, WELCOME TO THE JMT FAMILY!!!! We are excited to have you now as a valued team member linking arms with the thousands of other JMTers from all around the world seeking to positive impact the leadership culture of our world. I will say though that as a new JMTer and attending the IMC event for the first time the event can be a little like drinking water from a fire hose. Don't rush the process but take all that you learned at the IMC and the copious notes that I am sure you wrote down and systematically work through them with great intentionality. Christine, thanks for the feedback. We are thrilled that you are on the team. Keep growing and adding value to others. Yours In Growth & Success Member Services

I am new to the JMT having joined in the summer of 2027 and attending the IMC last week. The program, materials and faculty are top notch. I decided to join mentorship, etc. my only dissapointment was the additional day after the IMC. I believe the fact that you are staying an extra day and paying for the extra program is to be pitched an add on program from the faculty. I attended Christian’s session, I am guessing the others were the same. No problem with the faculty offering and selling value, but it should be made very clear that is what is going on. Maybe it was there, but It must have been in the fine print. I want to see the JMT continue to succeed in making a difference in peoples lives. The extra day experience was dillutive to what otherwise was a great experience. Thanks for asking!

Hi Ed, Thanks for the feedback. First let me just say WELCOME to the JMT and to mentorship. I am glad that you had a great time of learning and growing at the IMC event. As for the extra day, optional, workshops they are not a part of the IMC event but a value add-on requested by members who are traveling to the IMC from all over the world and who have requested additional onsite teaching and training from the faculty. And so the teaching faculty have decided to offer additional optional workshops and programs from their own individuals coaching, training, and speaking businesses. Ed, thanks for being a valuable member of the JMT. Keep growing and adding value to others. Yours In Growth & Success Member Services
